I'll assemble the 5 bare blocks once the reed stoppers get new Zinc Plating. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Only two of the reed valve assemblies in the pic are finished (bottom left corner). I have around 9 reed valve assemblies lying with me at present, so that'll help me find some good sets. I'll posts pics of all of them together later.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here, one set i have cleaned and its reed stoppers polished. The seat pan was cleaned of all rust and then painted with red oxide primer. I took them out from their 'oil baths'( they remain safely submerged in oil all the time) today for a quick photosession.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Both cranks are totally original , never been split apart in their lives, and are good to go as it is. But i might never use them in the future RD build. And a lot of varnish was deposited inside them. Took a day to clean and removal of black paint from just one carb . About 10% work still remains, since i ran out of Carb Cleaner. :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All the internals of the carb are packed in a small box. The ones available in India are too bashed up to even bother about using them. A real solid part. The baffles are not OEM , but will do the job. The carbs are the Mikuni VM28's. Genuine and the ones which originally came on the RD. They are in excellent shape, the ones found nowadays are mostly butchered.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The stator is genuine Rajdoot one.
